The Royal Oak Hotel

The hotel was fairly clean with welcoming staff, it met expectation. The full English breakfast had lots of options for all tastes. Loved the fact that check-in was easy.

It was clean, and I enjoyed very good staff and location. The bed was very comfy, and the room itself was comfortable.

Pleasant accommodation, the breakfast was savoury, perfect location on top of a pub. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the room was well-kept & airy. Breakfast with juices and sausages, for example.

A little hotel in Helmsley. The staff was outstanding and the location was pleasant - altogether an excellent experience. We enjoyed the English breakfast that was awesome. The service was excellent too.

Picture perfect hotel, my first choice in Helmsley. The staff were exceptional and location was peaceful. It was perfectly located. There was an affordable restaurant with delicious meals.

It was pleasant time in Helmsley. The accommodating staff was a plus, the location was fabulous central. You could walk to the shops and the markets. Spotless room with a modern interior. Having different bottled drinks in the main bar was a very nice touch.

Royal Oak - is simply one love. La Trattoria, where you can eat, is easy walk to the hotel.

Comfortable place for 1 night. Hotel had excellent location and staff. The people, workers were helpful.

The venue's position was central. Really favourable location. We will be back
